Teaching is an artform all of its own. You must combine many different teaching techniques and strategies with your style of leadership to create a safe environment that is conducive to learning and growth. In order to be a successful teacher and  leader you must have empathy, self awareness, observational skills, deductive reasoning, organizational skills, and be both an active listener and skilled communicator. Don't fret,  if you do not possess all of these skills they can be achieved if you are willing to put in the work and stay a forever student yourself.
